Hellooo! I’m in pursuit of combining my dedication to helping others with effective and meaningful designs to enrich people’s lives and make everyday life a little bit easier. With a professional background in culinary arts, I have cultivated a mindset that favors discipline, collaboration, and creativity for the best possible product.
My strengths include:
Balancing big ideas with practical solutions
Quickly tackling problems regardless of level of definition
Keeping systematization top of mind while also making space for creativity when designing
Strong communication and proactively seeking feedback from both users and peers
I’m not afraid of failing fast in order to get feedback and craft a better experience. Using this method, I thrive on creating simple solutions for complex scenarios. Recent focuses include infusing beautiful intuitive design into critical back-end tools to enable coaches and therapists to deliver care and drive engagement. Even if not consumer-facing, these products still have users — why can’t we take care of them, too, by providing delightful experiences?
Hiking is one of my favorite ways to spend a free day, ideally when sunny with a breeze.
FUN FACT: I've done the SF Crosstown Trail (17mi) twice
As a craft enthusiast and former professional baker, I thrive when working with my hands.
